TICKETING AND EVENT POLICY

General Terms and Conditions • Tickets are only valid for the date/time shown on the e-ticket or till receipt. Entry may be refused if your ticket is not valid for the date/time attended. Refunds are solely at the discretion of The Party Crew Limited. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold on. Only tickets sold by The Party Crew Limited will be accepted for any event.

Special Events are ticketed separately and may only be used for the event specified.

The Party Crew Limited reserve the right to refuse admission to any event or ask the ticket holder to leave the event site at any time if their behaviour is causing, or likely to cause, offence to others. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply per event/ticket, please refer to the ticket details. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in cancellation of which a refund will be at the discretion of The Party Crew Limited. Further details are available on our website.

We do not share your details with any third parties, nor do we use it for marketing purposes unless consent is given. We may use your contact details to get in touch directly if required.


Delivery: All online tickets are delivered via email, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.


Tickets are non refundable but can be switched to a different date and time by emailing info@thepartycrew.je
